Your purchase order must be based on our quotation. Upon receipt of your purchase order we will issue a Proforma Invoice within 3 working days from receipt as acknowledgement of your order. In case you have not heard from us within the time stipulated, please contact us immediately. Please send your purchase order to our Shanghai address as mentioned in the contact section.

Minimum Order
The minimum order depends on the size of the toy and approximately: <15 cm / 5,000 pcs, 15 - 30 cm / 3,000 pcs, >30 / 1,500 pcs, per design/color/size.

Production Time
Lead-time usually is 45 days, however, depending on the order it may vary.

Export Documents
We normally offer following documents with export shipments:

1. Proforma Invoice (Sales Confirmation)
2. Commercial Invoice
3. Packing List
4. Standard Certificate of Origin or GSP Form A Certificate of Origin
5. Bill of Lading or AirWayBill

Any additional Document(s) and/or Certificate(s) should be requested with your purchase order.
